The "CIFA SPRITZ SYSTEM", sold and sevice by Eurostar, was born from innovative, modular and versatile technology which allows to solve in the best way every pumping operation linked to pumping and distribution of sprayed concrete, both in manual and automatic versions, as well as for underground and open-air works.

"PCS" Series portable pumps for the manual sprayed concrete distribution, designed, manufactured and guaranteed by the reliability and experience of Eurostar systems. The PCS 209 machine represents the evolution of CIFA technology applied to manual spraying, fitted also for mining applications. The machine has a maximum production capacity of 20m³/hr of concrete, a large output for the manual Spritz category. The machine can run on electricity or diesel.

The structure is compact and all systems are integrated into the chassis. The single axle trolley is rigid and equipped with a front drawbar and two manual stabilisers. The PCS 209 is equipped with the UNIFLUX H1.0 system, the new dosing unit for additives, which is suitable for all kind of liquid additives.

Main features

  • Rigid monoaxle trailer complete of drawbar, four manual adjustable outriggers and two rubber wheels.
  • Suitable for transit on the job-site with a max. speed of 6 km/h. The unit is not prearranged for lights and brake system.
  • Power source consisting of a separate engine (Diesel or Electric). Main pump of axial piston type with variable capacity and constant power. Gear pump for auxiliary services.
  • The machine is prearranged for the '209' pumping unit, of 'PCS' Series with 'S' valve in wear-resistant casting iron, longitudinally placed on the chassis. A wear ring is mounted, between the eye-plate and the valve, for a perfect seal, assuring the stiff pumping of the sprayed concrete. CIFA system allows the automatic wear compensation of the ring, avoiding annoying adjustments.
  • The equipment is presetted to use the new proportional batcher 'Uniflux', suitable for liquid accelerators. The batcher is automatically connected with the sprayed concrete pumping system. Consequently, by varying the sprayed concrete output, the accelerators quantities are adjusted automatically, keeping the batching ratio pre-set by the operator.
  • Transportability and practicability on the job-site
  • Integration and flexibility
  • Safety and ergonomy
